Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades apply from the next billing cycle.
What is your refund policy?
Full refunds are only available within 7 days of payment if the service has not been used at all. Once service use has commenced (e.g., credits used), refunds are not available. If you cancel your subscription, you can continue using the service until the end of your billing period.
