Refund Policy

This document outlines the refund and cancellation policy for paid services of Muse Pilot operated by Genius Mouse (hereinafter 'the Company'). The Company complies with relevant laws including the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
1. Refund Policy Overview
Muse Pilot provides digital content and software services. Under Article 17(2)(5) of the Electronic Commerce Act, withdrawal of subscription is restricted once digital content provision has commenced.
2. Full Refund Conditions
- When the service has not been used at all within 7 days of payment (no credits used, no content generation history)
- When service use is completely impossible due to reasons attributable to the Company
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- If the service has been used even once within 7 days of payment (credit usage, content generation, etc.) - considered as commencement of digital content provision
- After 7 days from payment - however, if you cancel your subscription, you can continue using the service until the end of your billing period
- Upon membership withdrawal, refunds for remaining subscription periods or credits are not provided.
